1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and odd96 ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the odd96 website, mobile platform, casino games, sports betting facilities, and all related services (collectively, "the Services"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the odd96 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
odd96 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services following notification of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must stop using the Services and close your account. These Terms were last updated in January 2026 and supersede all previous versions.
2 Eligibility & Player Requirements
Access to odd96 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria. By registering, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each condition at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:
- You are at least 21 years of age. This age limit applies to all product categories — casino games, slots, crash games, table games, and sports betting alike.
- You are registering voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of any odd96 employee or affiliated entity.
- You are using funds that belong solely to you and that are not proceeds of any illegal activity. odd96 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation from any player at any time.
- You have not previously held an odd96 account that was closed or suspended for breach of these Terms or any related policy.
3 Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of odd96 Services, you must register a player account. Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account password. odd96 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
- You must notify odd96 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. odd96 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to report the issue promptly.
- Account sharing — allowing any other person to access or use your odd96 account — is strictly prohibited. Each account is for the exclusive personal use of the registered holder only.
odd96 may carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any point during the account lifecycle. Players may be required to submit a government-issued identity document, proof of address, and proof of their payment method. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe will result in withdrawal suspension until verification is complete.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
odd96 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳100. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). Players must use the same payment method for withdrawal as was used for their most recent qualifying deposit, except where explicitly approved otherwise by odd96 support.
- Deposits are credited upon confirmation from the payment provider. bKash, Nagad, and Rocket transactions are typically processed within thirty seconds.
- Withdrawals require completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot process withdrawals until verification is fully complete.
- odd96 may delay or decline any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected, pending completion of an internal review.
- Deposited funds are used solely for betting and gaming on odd96. We do not pay interest on any account balance.
- Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider. odd96 does not impose additional processing fees on standard transactions, but third-party charges from your mobile wallet or bank are outside our control.
5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
odd96 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload offers, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer and to the general bonus conditions in this section. By claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable bonus terms.
- All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be fully satisfied before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each bonus's individual terms.
- Bonuses are available only to players who have made at least one real-money deposit, unless the offer is explicitly described as a no-deposit bonus.
- odd96 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited at the time of such a change will be honoured under the original conditions.
- Bonus abuse — including exploiting wagering loopholes, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or placing offsetting bets to clear requirements without genuine gameplay risk — will result in immediate bonus cancellation, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.
- Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and carry no cash value until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
Seasonal promotions — including Eid offers, BPL cricket boosts, IPL betting specials, and Pohela Boishakh celebrations — are governed by their own individual terms communicated at the time of launch. General bonus rules in this section apply to all promotions unless individual terms explicitly state otherwise.
6 Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed on odd96 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market, as displayed within the platform at the time of placement. Players are responsible for understanding the applicable rules before participating. The following general rules apply across all activity on odd96:
- Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled or amended. Bets are binding from the moment of confirmation.
- In the event of a technical fault, game malfunction, or connectivity disruption affecting a game or bet outcome, odd96 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players' accounts.
- Odds displayed in the sports betting section are correct at the time of display but may change before a bet is confirmed. The odds accepted at the moment of confirmation are the final odds that apply to that bet.
- All casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software or by live dealers operating under certified procedures. In the event of a dispute over a game outcome, the records held by the game provider's server shall be the definitive source of truth.
odd96 reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict markets, or suspend betting on specific events or games at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on odd96 and constitute material breaches of these Terms. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited activity will have their accounts suspended or permanently closed, pending withdrawals cancelled, and any balance forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
- Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of any game, match, or event, or communicating with a live dealer or operator to influence outcomes.
- Depositing funds that are proceeds of criminal activity, engaging in money laundering through the platform, or using the platform to transfer funds for any purpose other than legitimate gaming.
- Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors in odds, or system glitches to obtain a financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a platform error are invalid and will be reversed.
- Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at odd96 staff, live dealers, or other players via any platform communication channel.
8 Account Suspension & Closure
odd96 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms or any associated policy, including the Responsible Gaming Policy and Privacy Policy.
- Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
- At the player's own request, including where a player has invoked a self-exclusion option under odd96's Responsible Gaming tools.
Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus amounts will be returned to the player via their most recently verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC. Players whose accounts are closed for breach of these Terms or for fraud will not be entitled to the return of any balance where odd96 determines that forfeiture is warranted.
9 Responsible Gaming
odd96 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising gambling-related harm. The following player protection tools are available as standard features to all registered players:
- Deposit limits — players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Requests to reduce a limit take effect immediately; requests to increase a limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Self-exclusion — players may voluntarily exclude themselves from odd96 for a period of their choosing, ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
- Reality checks — session time reminders can be configured to alert players at intervals of their choosing during active gaming sessions.
10 Intellectual Property
All content on the odd96 platform — including website design, graphics, text, logos, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and the odd96 brand name and trademark — is the exclusive property of odd96 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the odd96 platform without prior written consent from odd96. Unauthorised use of odd96 intellectual property may result in legal action.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, odd96 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or system failure, even if odd96 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
odd96's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.
12 Amendments to These Terms
odd96 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, odd96 will notify registered players by displaying a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the mobile number associated with their account. Updated Terms take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified.
Your continued use of odd96 following publication of updated Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Services and may close your account by contacting odd96 support.
13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any disputes arising from them or from your use of the odd96 Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact our support team first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. Our support team is available 24/7 via live chat and email.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts. odd96 does not currently operate under a specific gaming regulatory licence; all disputes are handled under the general principles of contract and consumer protection law applicable to online service providers.
